Rurouni
Kenshin: Himura Kenshin If there was one other character that I would have to put on an equal level as Guts, it would have to be bad-ass Himura Kenshin. I was actually "into" Rurouni Kenshin before I fell in love with Berserk, so Kenshin will always have a special place in my heart. In fact, watching the first OVA's was really the main reason why I became so interested in anime. But the sucky thing was, after seeing those four glorious OVA episodes, all the other anime I watched couldn't compete! Nothing was as good as Kenshin... until I discovered Berserk, hehe. But you know, I've only watched the 95 TV episodes and the 6 OVA's, but I have NOT read the manga yet (which I hear is UBER GOOD). So who knows... Berserk may have some competition in the future!
